Originally from North Carolina, Kaye moved to Raleigh for college — where a Polymer & Color Chemistry program first introduced her to the vibrant world of hair. After realizing her true passion lay in creativity rather than just chemistry, she earned her Cosmetology certificate alongside an Associate of Science.

At Artisan Hair Cary Kaye refined her technical and artistic skills, training with leading brands such as Redken, L’Oréal, Pulp Riot, Kérastase and Design Me.

With a deep love for haircutting, balayage and bold fashion-color, Kaye brings both precision and playfulness into her work. Her constant drive to grow and evolve keeps every appointment fresh — whether it’s a subtle transformative blonde or a vivid, fashion-forward tone.
