Rob Schutzbach | Owner
Rob has been a hairstylist in the Triangle area for over 20yrs. With family in the business, Rob, has been around salons his whole life.
Rob’s philosophy is to create fashion forward looks in good taste, focusing on suitability while maintaining integrity. He is a colorist and classically trained haircutter. Educated and influenced by brands such as Tony & Guy, Sassoon, Bumble & Bumble, Oribe, Wella, L’oreal Pro, Kerastase, and most importantly Arrojo, where Rob has been trained in the art of straight blade razor cutting. Rob is also certified in celebrity hairstylist Anh Co Tran’s lived in hair technique.
Rob is a former member of the Arrojo Art Team. During this time working alongside Nick Arrojo, he traveled to educate and share the Arrojo culture. Doing this keeps him inspired, and motivated by working with like minded people.
It has always been a dream to create a salon and a brand that represents excellence and high standards in the hairdressing industry. Rob’s passion for education, work ethic, and his amazing team drive this vision forward.
Jordan | Artisan Stylist & Salon Manager
Jordan comes to North Carolina from Maryland and has been in the hair industry for five years.
Jordan is extremely dedicated to education. Working with brands such as Tony & Guy, Kerastase, Arrojo, and Wella has excelled her to a well rounded stylist very quickly. Jordan is classically trained in haircutting and is very well-versed in all the new color trends.
Jordan has a love for all things hair color especially hand painting, balayage, and fashion colors.
Jordan has been featured in several magazines for both movie and TV set hair & make up, as well as editorial work. Jordan is passionate about the beauty industry, and loves making her guests feel and look their best.
Sydney | Master Stylist
Sydney was born and raised in North Carolina. Sydney has been doing hair and makeup since high school. She love’s doing anything with color, but especially loves fun funky fashion colors as well as blonding. Sydney is very into special effects makeup as well. She is a classically trained hair cutter and has had education from, and worked with brands such as TIGI, Arrojo, and WELLA, as well as being certified in the Keratin Complex smoothing system. She loves animals, traveling, and anything where she can be artistic and creative.
Nisreen | Artisan Stylist
Nisreen has spent most of her life in the Triangle area. In her early 20s, she lived in DC where she attended a Paul Mitchell School and began her hairstyling career. Throughout the years she has been trained in various coloring and cutting techniques with Redken, Aveda and other brands. Her passion is color, including dimensional color such as highlights and balayage but she also enjoys fun, edgy cuts. Having spent over 13 years in the industry, Nisreen has a wealth of knowledge and experience which enables her to accommodate a wide variety of hair colors, shapes and textures. Nisreen is a mother to a delightful toddler, named Sophia.
Anna | Master Stylist
Anna was born and raised in North Carolina. Anna has had a passion for hair since she was very young. She loves being creative and making her clients feel their best. Layered haircuts, highlighting, and hair coloring are Anna’s favorite things to do. Education is very important to her as she strives to continue evolving in the industry. She is certified in the Keratin Complex system and had continuing education from Toni and Guy, Wella, Arrojo, and L’oreal color.
Lyla | Creative Stylist
Lyla came to North Carolina when she was a freshmen in high school from Connecticut. Lyla has been a lover of all things beauty since she was little. Lyla loves to do fun fashion colors, balayage, and long layered cuts. Some of Lylas hobbies are art, baking, and photography. Lyla is keratin certified and has advanced haircutting education from Tony and Guy, Arrojo and Sassoon. Lyla has also studied color with brands like Wella, and L’oreal Professionel.
Kaye | Designer Stylist
Kaye was born and raised in North Carolina. She moved to Raleigh roughly 10 years ago for college at NC State and that is where she found her love of color and realized her creativity was better suited outside of a lab. Kaye left behind her Polymer and Color Chemistry degree program her senior year to follow her creative side and now her new passion for color. She finished school with a degree in Cosmetology and Associates of Science. Kaye found the perfect place to let her creativity shine as well as grow her knowledge of the industry at Artisan Hair Cary. Her love of learning blossomed as she took classes on product lines such as Redken, L’Oreal, Pulp Riot, Kerastase and Design Me. Kaye’s passions for hair shows through haircutting, balayage and fashion colors.
