- Credit cards will be subject to our 3.25% credit card processing fee
- We Guarantee Our Work – We will do what it takes to ensure you love your look and have a positive experience! If you are unhappy with your service, we will work with you to achieve the results you’re looking for. However, we do not give refunds.
- Product Guarantee – If you purchase a product from us, and that product does not work for you, we will be happy to exchange it for one that will!
- Must be 10 Years of Age to Receive a Service
- We ask that you provide us with a minimum 24hr notice of cancellation for any appointment.
- Appointments cancelled within 24hrs will result in a 50% service charge that must be paid prior to rebooking.
- Same day cancellations and No-Shows will be charged 100% of services.
As a courtesy, 7 days prior to your appointment you receive an e-mail confirmation, 4 days prior a text confirmation and 2 days prior a phone call. You can confirm via any of these methods, but we ask if you need to cancel that you please call the salon. Cancellations cannot be made via text.
It is our goal to provide you with exceptional service. Without enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on the waitlist miss out on a service. We thank you for understanding and your continued business with us.
